The program is very intense and requires you to workout 6 days a week with each session being about 30-60 minutes long. It is effective because it uses MAX interval training. Traditional interval training consists of alternating between periods of high intensity and low intensity. Shaun T has taken traditional interval training to another level by using longer bursts of high intensity exercises and shorter rest periods. It consists of 3 minutes of intense exercise followed by 30 seconds of rest.
